3.Character Backstory:
My name, is Fritz Heim. Born on June 26th 1984 within the soviet controlled area of Berlin, the thing I can remember most about my childhood was the pain, the pain I always felt within my stomach, the pain of hunger, and even to this day I feel it, the cold emptiness. When I became ten, the wall fell and so did our oppressors. We rejoiced momentarily, but not my father. My father served within the wehrmacht and was outraged with the outcome of... what was it... I can barley remember... It was so long ago...He would scream in the night, but I never knew what he was screaming at, or why.

Where was I.... Yes... I was enrolled into school, somthing we could never afford when we were under communist rule. there was this American child, his name... what was his name... Robert.. yes, Robert Clark. Clark was the child of some "G.I" Robert lived by the American barracks. Out of all the people, Robert is one of the few of whom I can remember their characteristics. All I remember of him is his large green eye's, now.. back onto the subject of school..The first day, the day I met Robert, it was reccess a crisp november afternoon. I don't remeember much, all I remember is falling onto the snow covered field and children frequestnly screaming "You're dad's a nazi!" I also felt jab's into my ribcage, I felt the pain of a boot crashing against my shoulder, then the pain stopped. I remeber peering up, and seeing Robert beating the living hell out of one of the children beating me.As soon as Robert loosened his grip on the child and let him fall onto the snow, I remember seeing the blood and fear on his face, his wimpers would crawl out of his lips and would be visible in the chilling forzen air, his right nostral was streaming crimson liquid onto the pure white snow. The next thing I felt was a hand pulling me up and the calming words of "Are you okay?" Robert brought me to the nurse and they... I...don't remember what heppend.. But from then on our, Robert and I would become great freinds, he would look out for me and I would look out for him.

We had many fun days, we would play for hours on end at the local park outside my house,but we would always be home for dinner. I don't remember much of my childhood with my best freind robert.... But I remember the day it ended. June 23rd 1992 three day's before my birthday. This year was going to be my first birthday party mainly due to the fact that my parents had enough money to pay for gift's, they wanted it to become like any normal kids party. They told me to invite freinds, which I only had one. I asked my father if I could invite one freind, Robert. He asked "Robert? how come you have never told me of this freind?" I responded to him like I would respond to him anyday "Because he is an American". What happened next I thought wouldent happen, I thought that he was over it. I remember him screaming at meand the stern words "You are never to see this boy again!!" I never did.

The year... was 1999... The year the combine came, All I remember was the banging, the explosions and my father being taken away. I knew what I had to do, I went along with things, I knew that the combine were here to help, I believe they will make things better. I believe I can help them.

4.Why do you wish to become a member of the Metro Police Force?
I think it will be a great RP expierence for not only me, but others.

5.What goals (If you have any) have you set for your metro police character?
To do the best he can out there, to help the human race evolve by any means neccesary.

6.How long have you roleplayed in general? Give a detailed backstory of your roleplay experience with at least two paragraphs with five sentences each.

I've been roleplaying since I got garrys mod which was in 2012 I think around June, I bought garrys mod for one reason. To play serous RP, that is when I discovered HL2 rp, I searched server to server for a great RP expierence but was frequently met by, abusive admins, void-aholic players, sore losers and just idiots in general. But I would soon stumble upon a server called "Little Nerd Gaming" It was that one map that takes place in Tokyo. There wern't that many players at the time but it had great admins and a great community. That's the reason why I play on this server, is because of the great community.

Sure there are a few rotten egg's on the server but for the majority there are great roleplayers and fantstic admins. The community provides great charcters and backrounds that make the game seem like it's real, they make things seem so natural. I would get attached to some of their characters and if they were killed I would react. But what's different about my reaction is that it is a real reaction, it's just so natural. Its a pleasure and an honour to roleplay o n this server with some of the best of the best, the champions of roleplay.

7.What is our ratio with metropolice force over citizens?
For every 2 citizens there should be one officer.

8.Give a roleplay example of your citizen applying for the metropolice force In-character. Provide at least three paragraphs with five sentences minimum. Be as detailed as possible!:

Fritz sat on one of the old wooden benches within the plaza, his mind was roaring with idea's of how he can convince an officer to tell him how he could better the city. An idea buzzed through one of the many. He already had this idea over and over but never thought it would bring him any good. But this tme he felt that this idea would have the best results, or the worst. Fritz waited for the day when applications would be held, day after day, night after night. each day Fritz would go out into the plaza and return to his spot on the old wooden bench with paint chips populating the ruggid surface of the bench.

Finally the day came, the large speakers blared static as they turned on. The static would be silenced by the appearance of the artifical female voice "Aplications are now being held at the local ration distribution terminal" Fritz knew this was what he was waiting for. He stood up and brushed the paint chips off of his bottom and began to walk towards the rations terminal with excitement. As he approached the entrance to the terminal he was met with the cold stare of two Metro Police officers standing silently outside the warn down building. As he continued to walk inside he noticed one thing, the room was empty, no one else came to sign up with the combine. He nervously walked down where the would be line should of been and approched the officer behind the counter.

Fritz felt as if the officer infront of him was staring into his soul, when he appeared directly infront of the officer they met eye to eye. There was a breif silence, which abruptly broken by the officers demands "Citizen, Apply" demanded the officer with a sneer of his deep voice coder. Fritz mustered his courage and replied normaly "Fritz Heim, ID: 19629". The officer checked his data pad which was then followed by another moment of silence. Fritz was frightened but was hiding it beneath his thought of a better world, finally the officer finished what he was doing on the datapad and handed it over to Fritz. Fritz held the data pad in his cold clamy hands

Fritz peered at the opening question, he thought of the best answer that poopped into his mind and wrote it down, he repeated what he did with the rest of the data pad untill he was finsihed. he handed the data pad back to the officer. The officer quickly snatched the data pad before Fritz could let go then spoke to Fritz harshly "Get him out of here" snared the officer at another unit in a damp corner of the room. Fritz was escorted out of the terminal and brought back to his apartment where he waited for two days, two long day's of just staring of waiting, waiting for somthing that might never come. On the third day at about 11:00 AM the door to Fritzs apartment began to emit a loud banging sound. Fritz slowly walked over to the door and opened it to find two MPF units waiting at the door.

"Pack your things and come with us" said one of the officers in a deep tone through his voice coder. Fritz scurried around his apartment picking up all of his valuables and stuffing them into one suitcase, in under a muinute Fritz was already out the door and on his way to the indestructable doors of the nexus. There he would be given his gadgest and heavy Kevlar. Quickly after gearing up he was brought to the training chambers where he would learn how to become a successfull MPF officer he aspired to be.

9.How long have you been with LNG? Provide a paragraph of your experience here with at least five sentences.
I've been with LNG for about eight months due to the fact that I joined in June. Like prevously stated. I've had great RP experinces on this server and am continueing to have more, like for instance just now there was a fire in the apartments. I hope this server stays up for many years to come so it can be an example for other new servers and for many other players. This server is a great example of a serious RP heaven mainly due to the fact that it is. This server has given me the greatest RP expierence ever, so many kind people who are great

10.What do you plan to do once you obtained such a whitelist?
I plan on completeing training and creating a great RP experience for myself and others. By following orders from my supiriors.

1. Why do you wish to join the Metropolice Force?:
I wish to assist in the evolution of humanity by eliminating Anti-Citizens.

2. Have you ever been detained by a metropolice unit before? Explain.:
No, I have never been detained.

3. What are your goals for the good of the Universal Union?:
To aid in the evolution of humanity and make the city a safer place.

4. Do you have any past experience of anything the Universal Union may find useful?:
I have great hand eye co-ordination (great aim), Sharp reflexes, and I used to run in marathons before the war.

6. Do you have any mental or physical capabilities that can give yourself an advantage as a metropolice officer?:
I have sharp reflexes and was once a marathon runner so I can run at great speed.

7. What is your current status as a citizen of our combine nation?
I am not exactly a loyalist but I am loyal to the UU, I do what ever I can to assist the UU whenever possible.

8. Do you have a specific intolerance for the anti-citizens?:
Yes, they anger me, it just seems so stupid that the UU is giving them a better life and they choose to destroy that offer and rebel, but rebel against what? rebel against utopia? rebel against the development of humanity? It's like they want us to stay in the dark ages! I'll do what ever I can to get rid of these anti-citizens.

9. What discipline do you expect to happen when turning away from our nation?:
It would be dishonourable and stupid to betray the UU, I know the punishments, either amputation or striped of my rank and sent to Nova Prospekt.

10. Do you agree, (Fritz Heim), that you will serve the Unviersal Union for as long as your heart beats? And you shall never dare to turn away from us?:
Yes I swear on my life that I will stay forever loyal to the UU
