New rank for CCA.

As said in my CCA, ranks, equipment and divisions. I mentioned High Guard,This ranks, is just like the OfC with more speciality. What they do is they stay and help the DvL's and SeC by guarding them while outside or in more vulnerable positions.

I see a rather strange problem at the moment. We won't always be having the same DvL having the same division at the High Guard protecting him. Personal, special guards protecting only specific people of specific divisions is just a test of luck. High Guard should be protecting any DvL+ when they exit the Nexus instead of their own divisions. I support this, but I don't approve it yet because I'm still waiting on some more opinions. High Guards should always be OFF their High Guard char unless a DvL+ is online.

Edit: High Guard is a bit useless if OTA can do basically the same job.

I agree with Para, and by the way Shadow Epu and/or OTA protect SeC when he/she goes out.

People are supposed to FEAR killing the SeC, killing the SeC means like, the rebels will be fucking exterminated, OTA will sweep in like, 3 squads of 9 IC'ly, covering every single pixel of the city. Citizens should fear the SeC like shit their pants.

Rebels have killed the Administrator before. Believe me, crossbows have been a real assassination weapon these days.

Actually I read the post again, and I kind of feel it would be a pointless idea.. although a good idea in theory (like communism was) it seems extremely pointless due to the fact that any unit can just escort any other unit if asked, not to mention OTA already escort high ranking units anyways.

I've been having a few second thoughts, and you make a simple, but good point. Why should High Guard be applied if it's theoretically going to do a job that OTA can do just as easily? I've considered that it would be better for popluation, (example: why use 4+ OTA when you could use one high guard) but really other than that it's pretty pointless. (However, I wouldn't say extremely.)
